UFO Timeline is an informational application that provides:
- An interactive timeline of historic UFO/UAP incidents
- A global sightings map with incident locations
- Detailed case files with summaries, accounts, and sources
- Encounter classification system
- Multiple language support
The App does not require registration or user accounts. All data is stored locally on your device.
3. Terms of Use
- (1) The use of the App is free of charge and supported by advertisements.
- (2) Users must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
- (3) It is prohibited to misuse the App, including but not limited to attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App or its content.
4. Data Protection
- (1) The App processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (see Privacy Policy).
- (2) The App does not require user accounts and does not store personal data on external servers.
- (3) Data will not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the user, except as required by advertising services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including texts, case descriptions, design elements, and the app structure, is owned by UFO Timeline and protected by copyright laws. Historical images used within the app may be subject to their own respective copyrights. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of proprietary content is prohibited.

- (1) The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any historical content presented in the App. Case descriptions are based on publicly available sources and accounts.
- (2) The Provider is not liable for technical or other damages arising from the use of the App unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
- (3) The Provider is not liable for data loss caused by technical errors or force majeure.
- (4) The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

The UFO/UAP cases presented in the App are based on publicly available historical accounts, witness testimonies, and documented reports. The App presents these cases for informational and educational purposes. Inclusion of a case does not constitute endorsement of any particular interpretation or claim.
9. Availability and Changes to the App
- (1) The Provider strives for high availability of the App but cannot guarantee continuous and error-free operation.
- (2) The Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time.
10. Contract Duration and Termination
- (1) The use of the App is for an indefinite period.
- (2) Users can terminate use at any time by uninstalling the App.
- (3) The Provider may modify or discontinue the App at any time without stating reasons.
11. Final Provisions
- (1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
- (2) Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
